1. Membership Refunds

2. HiCoin Refunds

● Eligibility: HiCoin purchases are refundable only within 14 days of the purchase and if the coins have not been used. If HiCoins have been used or consumed, no refund will be provided.

● Non-Refundable Situations: HiCoins used to purchase in-app content, services, or other features are non-refundable.

3. Processing and Timeline

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. If the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation notification.
